Delivery Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can take upto 3 days to process.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day, orders after Friday 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

if any cold chain items are ordered on Friday, please select the appropriate weekend delivery option.
